15 Bean Soup
15 bean soup

Let it cook for one hour.
Then add macaroni and rice.

Bean, Rice and Veggie Mix
acorn or butternut squash
apple
1 or 2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 packed cup cooked rice
1 package frozen green peas
fruit juice
1/3 cup grapes, peaches, or other fruit
1/4 cup seed mix
1/4 cup cracked corn
1/8 cup almonds
1/8 cup alfalfa pellets
2/3 cup mixed dried beans
2/3 cup cooked pasta
2-3 collard green leaves
Soak beans, corn, and seed in bowl of water overnight.
Boil beans, seed, and corn for 20 minutes.
If you're using microwave, make sure to use plenty of water.
Core apple and chop up.
Cube squash, don't remove seeds.
Boil apple and squash for 10-15 minutes til soft.
Remove squash skin.
Mix ingredients in food processor.
Beans and Rice
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked white rice
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1-1/2 cups mixed, dry beans
Soak beans overnight.
Drain, rinse, refill pan with water.
Add carrots and celery.
Cook with beans for 1 hour.
Add corn and rice and cook til rice is soft.

1 cup almond/pecans/walnuts sliver or pieces
1 cup dried fruit
1/2 cup kelp
1/2 cup split green peas
1/2 cup split yellow peas
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger, or allspice
2 4 tablespoons dried chillis
2 4 tablespoons dried orange peel
2 cups brown or wild rice
2 cups currants
2 cups green lentils
2 cups grits
2 cups mung beans
2 cups red lentils
2 cups spinach pasta cracked fine
2 cups white or yellow hominy corn
4 cups textured vegetable protein
1 cup dry to 2 cup water.
Stovetop method:
Boil Water, add dry mix cook on medium for about 1/2 hour uncovered, stir constantly.
Once it's done cooking, add veggies, and pellets.
Freeze it in an ice cube tray and put into baggies.
A batch usually lasts a couple weeks.
Microwave method:
Put water and mix in a container in microwave, cover container with a plate to keep it from over flowing.
Use 1/4 cup mix to 1/2 cup water.

Birdbeans
multi-bean soup mix
Soak 2 cups mixed dried beans overnight in cold water, drain and add fresh water for cooking.
Add 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes and 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced garlic or 2 to 3 tablespoons minced fresh garlic (or pre-minced you buy in jars).
Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer for an hour or so.
Rinse 1/4 cup dried green split peas and 1/4 cup dried lentils, add to pot and simmer for another half hour.
When done, cool, drain and package in plastic bags and freeze.
Fifteen Bean Soup
1 bag frozen corn
1 package 15 bean soup
Soak beans overnight.
Cook for one hour or til done.
Add corn 50 minutes after you started beans cooking.
Drain water and serve.
Store excess in leak proof containers.
Hot n Spicy Bird Chili
1 bag 15 bean mix
1 cup anasazi beans
1 cup black beans
1 cup couscous
1 tablespoon spirulina
2 cups basil/ lemon pepper
2 cups jalapeno red pepper pasta
2 cups rottelle vegetable pasta
2 large jars of sweet potato baby food
3 tablespoons palm oil
4 cups long grain brown rice
pasta spirals
Soak beans overnight.
At least twelve hours.
Drain and rinse well.
Put into large stock pot and cook 45-60 min or til al a dente.
Rinse lightly with cold water to stop cooking process.
Set aside.
Cook couscous in 1 1/2 cups of water for 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Stir into bean mixture.
Cook Pasta til Al dente, drain into strainer, run under cold water, shake off excess water , add to bean mixture.
Cook rice til firm, add to mixture.
Stir in both jars of baby food, palm oil, spirulina.
Let cool and put into 1/2 cup serving size bags.
Freeze immediately.

1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked white rice

1 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup pinto beans
1/4 cup kidney beans
1/4 cup split peas
1/4 cup lentils
1/4 cup navy beans
Soak beans overnight.
Add carrots and cook with beans for one hour.
Add corn and rice and cook till warm.
Cool and serve.
Store excess in leak proof containers.
